Most people have been going organic these days and we might as well go for an organic wine. Before we get deeper into that lets clear the cobwebs away regarding organic wine. Basically, wine is a fermented fruit juice that normally comes from grapes. The grapes we will be using are organic meaning they are chemical free. Now, during the process of wine making sometimes you need to add small amounts of sulfites and others think that the wine is no longer organic. Using organically produced grapes is the term referred to organic wines.

With that being said, were off to start with the wine making process but first you need to be ready with your two pounds of grapes either black or purple will do and make sure they are off the stems. You will also need a large bottle, plastic bag, rubber band, closet with a controlled temperature, large bowl, clean cloth and a clean bottle and the two most important things you need in making your wine and cooling it are your blender and your wine cooler.

Organic Wine Preparations

Start off by rinsing your grapes in cool running water without rubbing off the white powdery substance found on the skins. After washing, place the grapes into the blender to liquefy them. Keep on turning your blender on and off so the seeds of the grapes will not be disturbed and you can do this three or four times until you achieve a pulpy mixture.
Now, pour the mixture into a bottle and cover the top of the bottle with a plastic bag and wrap it with a rubber band to hold it in place. Make sure that the bottle is covered tightly with the plastic or else your wine will not go through the fermentation process.

Fermenting Your Organic Wine

Our next step is to place the bottle in a temperature controlled closet which should be between 65 85 degrees Fahrenheit for two weeks. Yes, that long so you need to be patient. After two weeks you will start seeing the bubbles forming forcing their way up on top of the liquid inside resin factory the bottle. This is fine, youre doing well. The production of gases usually happens during the fermentation process and these will be released through the plastic covering.

And now its time to take your bottle out from the closet and see if there are still bubbles forming. history If you still see those bubbles, sorry, you have to place it back inside the closet and give it a few more days but if there are no more bubbles take the bottle out and bring it with you in the kitchen.

Pouring Your First Organic Wine

Prepare your large bowl and place a clean cloth on top. Open the bottle and pour the juice into the bowl passing through the cloth. This will sift the seeds and skins out of your bowl. At this time your wine is still cloudy but you can taste and have your first sip. See if you like how it taste and if you do, you can now place it in a clean new bottle and cool it in your wine cooler for 24 hours being drinking.

Now, if you want to add more age to your wine you can cover it again and place it back inside the closet for a few more days. Then take it out and taste and see if you like the taste much better than the first. After tasting, you can place it inside your wine cooler and let it cool for 24 hours before drinking and sharing it with your friends.
