The Georgia Tank & Gear Contractors Affiliation was formed in 1991 by a number of contractor firms. Invoice Greer, who was the Vice President of Watkins Service Company, Inc. was very instrumental in organizing this trade affiliation for petroleum equipment contractors and was selected to be the primary Executive Director of the association. He has been the Government Director since the beginning of the association and he, along with the assistance of his wife, Pam, still serves as the current Executive Director.
